To age, preserve and serve

Multi-use wine cabinets can be used for:

Ageing your wines in the long term (10-20years)

Preserving your wines in the short term (2-3 years)

Ensuring the right temperature for serving

Ageing involves keeping your bottles in optimal conditions (comparable with those in natural underground cellars) to improve your wine as much as possible. There are 5 conditions which have been rigorously reproduced in our wine cabinets: the right temperature, the right humidity, the right air circulation, a lack of vibration and darkness.

Wine storage is keeping wines that have reached perfection in the short term (2-3years) until serving.

Serving consists of bringing each type of wine to its ideal temperature for tasting. Not all wines are consumed at the same temperature. Serving them at their ideal serving temperature will bring out their full flavours and aromas.

Our multi-purpose cabinets combine these three needs. However, for models of wine cabinet with glass doors we recommend storing wine that is intended for aging at the back so they are not altered by light (protection against UV rays is not sufficient ).

Our Multi-purpose solutions:

Dual temperature wine cabinets: these models are equally suitable for ageing and achieving the temperature for serving.  They offer a large space for ageing as well as a lower cooling compartment (6-8 ° C) for chilling wines that must be served cold (champagnes, dessert wines etc).

 

 

Three temperature wine cabinets: these models are equally suitable for ageing and achieving the temperature for tasting.  They offer a large area for ageing and a lower cooling compartment (6-8 ° C) for chilling wines that must be served cold (champagnes, dessert wines etc).  In addition there is an upper compartment (17-18 ° C) for preparing wines that must be served at room temperature (tannic red wines).

 

 

Multi-temperature wine cabinets: Based on the same technology that is used for wine cabinets for professional wine service in restaurants, these cabinets keep all beverages at an optimal temperature for serving. All alcoholic drinks (wines, ciders, spirits, etc. ..) will be ready to enjoy.
