Ageing involves keeping your bottles in optimal conditions (comparable with those in natural underground cellars) to improve your wine as much as possible. There are 5 conditions which have been rigorously reproduced in our wine cabinets: the right temperature, the right humidity, the right air circulation, a lack of vibration and darkness.
Wine storage is keeping wines that have reached perfection in the short term (2-3years) until serving.
Serving consists of bringing each type of wine to its ideal temperature for tasting. Not all wines are consumed at the same temperature. Serving them at their ideal serving temperature will bring out their full flavours and aromas.
Our multi-purpose cabinets combine these three needs. However, for models of wine cabinet with glass doors we recommend storing wine that is intended for aging at the back so they are not altered by light (protection against UV rays is not sufficient ).
