Temperature is a key factor !

Temperature is an essential parameter in the wine ageing process and in the storing and serving of your wine.

However, these three processes do not require the same temperature conditions, hence the need to properly take into account the temperature settings when choosing your wine cabinet.


During the ageing process, the correct temperature to store your bottles is between 10 ° C and 14 ° C. Note that all types of wine age at the same temperature.


  • Wine cabinets for ageing, known as "mono- temperature" cabinets are designed for this need and provide a constant temperature of between 10 ° C and 14 ° C inside the wine cabinet, just like a natural wine cellar.


  • Multi-temperature and multi-use wine cabinets are designed primarily for serving wine by providing different temperatures that are specific to each type of wine. Each wine has a specific serving temperature that will bring out its full aromas and flavours. These cabinets can also be used, in some cases, to age wine as they provide zones of temperatures between 10 ° C and 14 ° C.
