Terms and conditions of delivery

Because your wine cabinet is precious...

My Wine Cabinet has chosen to ship its wine cabinets using a high quality delivery service. We wanted to ensure that our wine cabinets and accessories are delivered to you via a network of partners who are recognised for their quality of service and professionalism.

We can deliver everywhere in France and all over the world through our carrier network. To find out the terms and conditions and the cost of transport, you can contact our sales department on +33 (0)4.26.26.03.05.43 or by clicking here.

 

  • For professional clients: during the day between 8am and 5pm
  • For private clients: directly "at home" with a phone call to make the appointment for delivery. Please remember to write a phone number at which you can be reached easily on the order form (a mobile phone number if possible).

All of our wine cabinet deliveries require a signature on delivery for reasons of security and tracking.

Which delivery service should I choose?

  • For products and cabinets +30 kg:

ECONOMIC delivery, FREE for private individuals from 49€ (including VAT)

Comfort delivery

PREMIUM delivery

Cautious : CONFORT and PREMIUM delivery are only available for deliveries in metropolitan France, Monaco, Corsica and coastal islands as well as in England.

 

Average delivery time of your wine cabinet

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (except Public holidays).

  • Within 7 to 10 days in France and Monaco
  • Within 10 to 15 days for most other European countries
  • To be confirmed for all other destinations

If you are not at home at the delivery time specified by the carrier: please note that the second delivery of your wine cabinet is CHARGEABLE. You will be charged in France a minimum of 50 € (80 € elsewhere in Europe) with a maximum of 80 € (100 € elsewhere in Europe), payable prior to delivery. To avoid such problems, we strongly recommend that you make arrangements to be present at the place of delivery of your wine cabinet, on the agreed day.

If the client has not been at home to receive the delivery, My Wine Cabinet reserves the right to recover the package after 10 days, and will endeavour to contact the client, either by phone or email, to try to find an amicable agreement between the two parties, namely:

  • to cancel the order, after which My Wine Cabinet will reimburse the customer by crediting the customer's bank account or by issuing a cheque within 60 days of receipt of the returned product, less any transportation costs.
  • to re-ship to the delivery address with new postage charges, at the customer's expense.

If the client does not respond within 10 days after sending the email, the order will be cancelled and the parcel returned to Ma Cave A Vin, with the outstanding transportation costs to be charged to the consumer.
