• ECO DELIVERY: the delivery of your wine cabinet by one person in front of the door of your house or company, or at the bottom of your building.
• COMFORT DELIVERY: the installation of your wine cabinet at home by 2 or 4 people (parcels < 110kg = 2 people, over 110kg = 4 people)
• PREMIUM DELIVERY: the installation of your wine cabinet at home by 2 or 4 people, to which is added assembly service for the various elements of your order.

Cautious : CONFORT and PREMIUM delivery services are only available for deliveries in metropolitan France, Monaco, Corsica and coastal islands as well as in England.

For all products weighing more than 30 kg, you can choose the "Eco" delivery type.

This delivery can be made by appointment or directly if you are a professional and your opening hours allow it. Otherwise, you will be contacted by the carrier to agree on a delivery date within 48 to 72 hours of the date of shipment of your order (this time may be longer depending on the country of destination, excluding France).

This delivery is made by 1 person, during the week (except weekends and public holidays) between 8am and 6pm, in front of the door of your house or company, or at the bottom of your building.

Cautious : the product(s) are given to you in their packaging. The climbing of steps, delivery to the floor, unpacking, installation, commissioning and return of products are not included for this type of delivery.

For all products weighing more than 30 kg, you can choose the delivery type "Comfort".

This delivery can be made by appointment or directly if you are a professional and your opening hours allow it. Otherwise, you will be contacted by the carrier to agree on a delivery date within 48 to 72 hours of the date of shipment of your order (this time may be longer depending on the country of destination, excluding France).

This delivery is made during the week (excluding weekends and public holidays) between 8am and 6pm and includes the following services:

• Carried out by a team of 2 or 4 people in uniform, responsible, polite and always with a positive attitude:
  • with the necessary equipment (trolley, blankets, straps, toolbox...)
  •  taking all necessary handling precautions
• Respect of the appointment time:
  •  in the event of an advance or delay of more than 30 minutes, the customer is informed
• Installation of the product in the operating room, at the location desired by the customer
• Verification with the recipient of the conformity of the delivery with the order
• Execution of the installation service in a professional way and according to the specificity of the products
• Cleaning of the delivered products and the location of the intervention
• Recovery of packaging and end-of-life items for recycling entrusted to our network of partners
• Recovery of returns for deposit at the agency before reconditioning for return

Cautious : the assembly of shelves, accessories and other products delivered in kit form is not included for this type of delivery.
