IMPORTANT: receipt of your product

You must unpack and check the condition of the product in the presence of the driver(s) / person(s) carrying out the installation, even if the packaging appears intact and does not seem to have suffered any type of shock or damage.

Don't sign the delivery slip under pressure from the driver(s) / person(s) carrying out the installation.

If they do not want you to unpack and check the product, please specify on the delivery slip:"the driver has not given me time to unpack and check the status of the product, and therefore I am not able to confirm that I have received the delivery in good condition".

It should be noted that terms like "the contents of the package will be verified later" have no legal value.

We emphasise these points to ensure that in case of transport damage, we can process your application and respond favourably. If these instructions are not followed correctly, we can not guarantee correct handling of any disputes.

When unpacking your order, there are 3 possible scenarios!

The goods are intact:

Of course, this is what happens in the vast majority of cases! You sign the delivery slip and keep the product.

The goods have suffered negligible damage:

You open the package and find that the product is not in perfect condition, but you feel that the damage is minimal and want to keep the product in its delivered state:

In that case, contact us on +33 (0) 4.26.03.05.48.

You should still note your reservations on the delivery slip by entering the specific type and location of damage 
For example"Mark on the packaging, small bump on the left hand side of the product"

The goods have suffered serious damage:

You note that the packaging is damaged, and as you unpack you see significant damage on the product with serious breakage or impact marks which lead you to doubt the efficiency of the working of the product:

You must refuse the goods, taking care to repackage them and ask the driver(s) / person(s) in charge of installation to return them, having expressed reservations on the delivery slip, indicating where the wine cabinet has been impacted and possible damage to the product.

For example : "bottom of the cardboard box damaged," corner of the wine cabinet broken "," hole on the right side of the box, big bump on the right side of the wine cabinet ";" palette broken caused by the wine cabinet falling ";" broken window caused by the wine cabinet falling "," lower right side of the wine cabinet warped",  "polystyrene damaged "or" scratches on the left side of the product. "

 In all cases, if you consider the damage to be serious, you should refuse the goods. 

 

!!! CAUTION !!! Descriptions of defects which are too vague or too general on the delivery slip may be considered invalid by the carriers.


For example, descriptions like "box in good condition, damaged wine cabinet"  or "good packaging, broken product" or "good packaging, damaged side"
