ACILYON, via its website, has chosen to ship its wine cellars using a high quality delivery service. We wanted to ensure that our wine cellars and accessories are delivered to you via a network of partners who are recognised for their quality of service and professionalism.



We can deliver the to following foreign countries :

Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Ivory Coast, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Finland,  Mainland France, French Guyana, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, South Korea,Latvia, Luxembourg, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey and the United Kingdom.


Warning : The delivery of your wine cabinet is made to your home, with your help if necessary. This delivery method does not include the installation of the cellar at your premises.

NB: In case of reduced accessibility (no lift, stairs etc..), the wine cabinet will be delivered to the front of your home,  the front door if it is a house, or the ground floor of the building if you are in an appartment. Please make arrangements to move the order on your own, if appropriate.

All of our wine cabinet deliveries require a signature on delivery for reasons of security and tracking.

For security reasons, our wine cabinets are not delivered to P.O. boxes or Cityssimo.

Average delivery time of your wine cabinet

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (except Public holidays).

- Within 7 to 10 days in France and Monaco
- Within 10 to 15 days for most other European countries
- To be confirmed for all other destinations


Important advice for delivery of your wine cabinet

If you are not at home at the delivery time specified by the carrier: please note that the second delivery of your wine cabinet is CHARGEABLE. You will be charged in France a minimum of 50 € (80 € elsewhere in Europe) with a maximum of 80 € (100 € elsewhere in Europe), payable prior to delivery.  To avoid such problems, we strongly recommend that you make arrangements to be present at the place of delivery of your wine cabinet, on the agreed day.

The client is required to verify the condition of the packaging and the wine cabinet at the time of the delivery and in the presence of the driver.

If the client has not been at home to receive the delivery, ACILYON reserves the right to recover the package after 10 days. Acilyon will endeavour to contact the client, either by phone or email, to try to find an amicable agreement between the two parties, namely:

If the client does not respond within 10 days after sending the email, the order will be cancelled and the parcel returned to ACILYON, with the outstanding transportation costs to be charged to the consumer.


Receipt of your package

VERY IMPORTANT : The client is required to check the condition of the packaging and the wine cabinet at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver.

IMPORTANT: at the time of delivery, please carefully check the package. If your package is clearly damaged (signs of impact, torn cardboard, has suffered an obvious fall etc.), you must unpack the package in the presence of the driver. If they do not allow you time to unpack and check the goods, please write this clearly on the delivery slip or alternatively ask the drive to return the following day to collect the delivery slip.

There are two possible scenarios:

Do not sign the delivery slip without specifying the defects in writing.

Never use terms like "the contents of the package will be verified later", which have no legal value and will not be accepetd in case of litigation. Remember to unpack the goods in the presence of the driver. 


Ensure that you describe the defects in a clear and precise manner, such as :



In the event that you do not follow this procedure for accepting delivery of packages and providing a description of damage to the goods, you have 24 hours in which to lodge a claim by recorded delivery with proof of receipt. You should contact our company ACILYON (150 Rue Paul Bert, 69003 Lyon, FRANCE) and also the freight company who delivered to you.

If this procedure is not adhered to, you will have no recourse to resolve the dispute and any repair costs or the cost of a replacement product will be your responsibility.
