Connected wine cellar that can be used in single-temperature mode for preservation or service, or in multi-temperature mode for service. This version is equipped with a triple-glazed, tempered, UV-resistant door. It has a capacity of 185 bottles, including a compartment at the bottom of the cellar that can hold up to 17 bottles.

This model is compatible with connectivity via the VINOTAG® app. It allows you to control your cellar in real time from your smartphone or tablet.

In partnership with Vivino®, this app allows you to:

• Control your cellar's temperature and lighting remotely, in real time
• Be alerted in the event of temperature variations or the detection of an abnormal temperature inside your cellar
• Have a digital wine register
• Easily find a bottle in your cellar
• Have a pre-filled wine card after taking a photo of a bottle label
• Receive alerts on the peak dates of your wines
• Receive a stock alert and never run out of bottles
• Receive an alert to change your carbon filter after 1 year of use

Voted "Grand Prix de l'Innovation 2022": this cellar is also equipped with 14 connected wood and metal racks with luminous lexan pediment that detect bottles added to and removed from the cellar via the VINOTAG® app. This provides a real-time overview of the bottles present in the cellar, with their locations recorded and indicated.

Thanks to the sensors on the racks and the bottle locator function, you can search for a bottle in the app, which will then light up in the cellar to indicate its exact location. 

What's more, the ESommelier® function provides advice on the best location for your bottles to ensure optimal aging of your wines. This feature also makes it easy to find the available spaces in your cellar.  

In mono-temperature mode, the cellar temperature can be set between 5 and 20°C, allowing you to :

• Either age and store your wines at 12°C, both short- and long-term
• Or prepare white wines for serving at between 7 and 10°C and Champagnes at between 6 and 10°C.
• Or prepare red wines for service between 14 and 18°C (chambered).

In multi-temperature mode, AUTO mode enables the cellar to manage its own interior temperature. It features 3 temperature zones:

• Upper section (3 shelves), from 14°C to 18°C, to bring your red wines up to tasting temperature.
• In the middle (7 racks), from 10°C to 14°C, for aging your wines.
• Bottom section (4 racks + bottom compartment), from 5°C to 10°C, to bring your white, rosé and champagne wines up to tasting temperature.

This cellar is also equipped with an alarm in case the door is left open, as well as for the prevention of any temperature deviation that could alter the quality of your bottles.

The winter function allows you to install your appliance in a heated or unheated room, where the minimum temperature will not fall below 0°C.
